Northwest Motor Service has quickly become a premier supplier of electric motor repairs, field services, and new electrical products to our customers in the Pacific Northwest and Alaska. We have recently completed construction of a new repair facility and are recruiting to bring the best in the industry aboard our qualified team.
Electric Motor Mechanics are responsible for the dismantling, inspection, and repair of electric motors up to 12,000HP.
Responsibilities and Duties
The Electric Motor Mechanic must be proficient in:
- AC, DC and Synchronous Motor Repairs and Theory
- Babbitt Bearing Motors
Qualifications and Skills
The ideal candidate will have 10 or more years’ experience as an Electric Motor Mechanic and a record of training from EASA or other professional organizations.
